Tip of the DAY!

More Often than NOT, when I initially help my customers set their goals I see lists like this:
*Lose 10, 20, 50lbs
*Lose 2 pant sizes
*or Photos of Perfectly FIT people they want to LOOK like.       
Setting GOALS that you can NOT control sets you up for failure. 

*****TIP of the DAY, Set goals you Are in Control of, like this:
*Exercise for 30 m/4 days a week (working up a sweat each time)
*Drink 90oz of water daily
*Only have 3 Empty calorie treats a week
*Eat 1/2 my weight in grams of protein daily
*Follow a BB Fitness Program for 60 days
THOSE things you can Be In Control of, you can track, and in the process of following those things You Will see Success in the areas mentioned above.
