It's Certainly NOT to Pull each other apart because "You think She is Too Thin", "He is too Fat", "Her clothes are Better than Mine", "He spends money on things I don't agree with" etc....
WE are put on this earth to learn to LOVE like God and Follow Christs Example, plain and simple.
Yes it difficult to go about our daily lives without comparing ourselves to those we see, who appear to have something we want, or feel they don't deserve.
One thing I have really learned over the past 2 years of Health Coaching is this:
Every Person I work with has their own Beauty and Value to offer this world. They each teach me something different and I LOVE getting to know and build a trusting relationship with each person.
OUR world is Filled with Hate, Hurt, Ugliness and WE (You and I) can Offer something Better. We can offer LOVE, Support, Safety, Kind words, Thoughtful acts of service.
GOD Created us all with our own Unique Bodies, we SHOULD NOT Compare or Complain about what "They have" that we DON'T. Learn to Look for the positives in your Own Body. Learn to take steps to Make your Body be what you want it to be. If you are unhappy being overly thin, take the steps to learn how to eat healthy fats and proteins that will allow you to build up muscle and start lifting weights.
If you are unhappy with your flabby tummy, Don't pick on others who have worked their buts off to tone up theirs, get an accountability partner or Coach who will help you pick out the right tools for you to get your tummy looking the way you want.
It really Bothers me when I hear obese people calling Fit people TOO Skinny. and acting like it's a BAD thing or Unhealthy thing. I know they do it, because they are self conscious of the skin they are in, but know the Journey to Change it is LONG and takes a Ton of dedication and consistency, BUT it's still not an Excuse for them to Hurt of Pick apart some one who is Busting their butt and eating good to Earn the Body they have.
And I can't believe it when I see people who are FIT shaming those who are still overweight. By Golly you were once in those shoes, Reach a hand out and Help them to where you are, don't mock them or joke about them, or make Freaking memes about them.
Just Freaking Stop It!!!
