Us WOMEN tend to Belittle ourselves...

Us WOMEN tend to Belittle ourselves Daily for:
*Not being Skinny enough
*Not cooking as good as Mary
*Not keeping our house as Clean as we THINK we should
*Not getting enough done in a day
*Not having the Hair style we want
*Not having the style of clothes we want
*Not driving the Car we want
*Not crafting as well as our cute Neighbor does
*Not serving others as often as we should
*Not being a GOOD MOM
*Not being the Best Wife
*Not being on the PTO, a Soccer MOM, making it to All our children's extra curricular activities
*Not being as Christian as we think we should
*Not being as Pretty as we Wish we were 
*Not being able to meet Everyone's Expectations without needing to Work 10x Harder 
*Not looking Flawless and telling ourselves we have a crooked Smile, Nose, Thinning Hair, Big Feet
*Not knowing how to Can, Garden, Sew, etc....

Can I Just Whisper in your Ear Constantly "Please STOP Doing this to Yourself."  

Just a little over two years ago I came to REALIZE that I Needed to Become a voice for WOMEN!!! 

I need to Help YOU/and ME learn to LOVE Ourselves Completely where we are AT NOW. Learn to Find JOY in the Journey as WE work to better Ourselves a little more each day. 
I read a book called "The Compound Effect" It taught me that I don't have to be Perfect NOW, I just need to be on the Path that will Improve me until I can Reach Perfection (which by the way I do not believe will be in this life)
I learned that taking just a little bit of Action each day in the Direction I want to go WILL GET me the Results I want.

SO I want to Ask YOU "What do you want to IMPROVE on this YEAR???
HOW do you Plan to Accomplish that? 
DO you Know what steps you NEED to Take, What Tools you NEED to have???
Do you have an Accountability Partner that Will Help you on those days when you Feel like YOU need the WHOLE bottle of WINE after the kids go to bed NOT just a glass???

I Want to be that Accountability Partner for YOU, I want to work with you, Help you take those Steps, Find the Right Tools, and Get the RESULTS you want by December of 2017!!!!!

Even if those Goals are NOT Health and Fitness Related I want to Support YOU, Help you Get Started, and KEEP you Going when the Going comes to a SCREECHING Halt!

Complacency The Silent Killer.


I feel like more often than NOT we are taught, groomed, raised to be COMPLACENT.
Taught that if we WANT, or Work for MORE than we "NEED" that's just Greedy!
Taught that if we set a goal that we Don't attain, rather than PUSH harder the next time, our friends and family say "Maybe you set your goals too high." or "It's okay, we don't always get everything we work for."
WHAT in the WORLD are we doing this to each other FOR????
WE are Children of the Most High GOD, we are Taught in Scripture to EMULATE our Savior, and HE didn't Give up when things were Difficult or Lower his Goals to Fit the Worlds Standards.
HE PAVED the example for us, to KNOW that Nothing is Impossible with God on our side and to Take a leap of Faith, and watch that Faith GROW!!!

This week I have been Listening to a Very Motivational book "The 10X Rule" I am really appreciating the Info he has shared so far and HOW it has really helped me to Stop the way I have been living my life and INCREASE my Actions to FIT with my Dreams, Desires, and What my Family Deserves.

He talks about 4 Degrees of Action in People:
* Retreat
* AVERAGE Effort
* Do Nothing
* Take Massive Action
I am realizing that More often than NOT I put myself into the Average Effort. But I kinda YoYo around between Massive Action and Retreat as well. But until reading this book and hearing him Break down each of these Categories I really didn't Realize how to Stop myself from doing that.

I am so Grateful for Personal Development in my Life! It has Made me such a Better Woman, Friend, Wife, Mom, Coach, etc....
I am happy that I can continue to Edify my mind with Knowledge every day, and Better myself as I strive to Emulate my Savior Jesus Christ. If you Struggle and WANT more in your Life, Make it a Goal to read or listen to 1 personal Development book a Month. If you need or want suggestions I have a whole BUNCH!!!

MY goal for 2017 is to Take Massive Action and Stop Allowing Life to happen to me, BUT instead GO out and MAKE it Happen FOR Me and my Family!!!
I strongly Encourage/ Challenge YOU to do the Same thing.

My Savior Jesus Christ

Yesterday morning when I woke up to my alarm at 7:15 I So did not want to get up and out from under my warm comfy blankets.
I even mentioned to Layne, "man too bad it didn't snow a whole bunch overnight so we could have a snow day from Church."
My heart certainly wasn't in the right place, my heart wanted to climb back in bed and go back to sleep.
However I made a commitment along time ago that I would attend Church every Sunday, with very few exceptions.
So I got up and went about getting dressed and hair and make-up done to be ready for church at 9am.
As I was readying myself I had a quick thought "There must be something I really Need to Learn today at church. I've noticed through my life that the Sundays I'm just not feeling like going end up being the Sundays I learn something my Heart really need at that time in my life."

Because of that tiny thought I went to church eager to learn and soak up the Lessons that I could learn from those who prepared to teach us.

And Today was No exception, the lesson we were taught in Relief Society (our Women's Organization) was About how "Each Role we PLAY a part in, in our lives is Important, even if we do not receive Recognition for it, or seem to be appreciated."

There was a wonderful quote shared:
"Not all of us are going to be like Moroni, catching the acclaim of our colleagues all day every day. Most of us will be quiet, relatively unknown folks who come and go and do our work without fanfare. To those of you who may find that [thought] lonely or frightening or just unspectacular, I say, you are “no less serviceable” than the most spectacular of your associates. You, too, are part of God’s army."

As I heard this being read the thought entered my mind "The Savior made his Sacrifice for All (each individual) of us,
Every Infirmity
Every Emotional breakdown
Every Sin
Every Sorrow
That we will every encounter, Not for a select few, But for Me, for you, and for every one who ever has lived and ever will live on this earth." 

We are all equal in the Lords Eyes and in his Heart, none of our callings or Titles in this life will every make us Superior.
And For this Knowledge I am so Grateful, Because many days we may feel the jobs we hold (we listed out a handful of them on the Chalk board in class, and I took a pic to share below) are inferior, that the work we do, the services we preform go unnoticed and we may feel worthless.



But I was Reminded and taught through our lesson today, that Nothing we do goes unnoticed by Our Savior, he already experienced it so he can Succor us, if we will simply Turn to Him!
I am so Blessed to have attended church and been edified this week.

May be BENT, but Not Broken...

I don't share my story for Sympathy or Pity, I share for 3 reasons:
-To Connect with others who maybe battling the issues Scoliosis brings with it
-To Show others that just because you have a problem, Isn't a Reason NOT to, it's a Reason TO
-Living with something that may make you feel Broken doesn't mean you are, a little Bent maybe, but NOT Broken



For most of my life my Scoliosis went un-diagnosed, and I just thought I had a really BAD back, and couldn't figure out WHY. I had tried exercises and being careful with movements etc to avoid further pain or crookedness. Yet seems like 2-3 times a year I would tweak it sending me to my bed for 3-5 days before I could recover. 
Now that I KNOW what it is, I have been able to take better care of myself and KNOW my limits, rather than trying to keep pushing (sending me into a flare up). Now this does NOT mean that I NO longer push myself and try harder to be Stronger each and every day. 
It simply means I know not to bend in certain ways, or do things like Jump Lunges, where landing just the slightest bit wrong Really hurts. I still Exercise and make sure I am always strengthening my CORE  to help hold my spine where it "likes" to be. I NO longer TRY to Make it straight, as that just hurts and won't hold any way. I really never imagined I could be a health/Fitness Coach, with the back problems that I have lived with for so long. BUT I am and I have been able to Help Change So many people Lives, and what a Blessing that has been. 

If you have Scoliosis or think you might, I would love to connect with you and share ideas of what's worked for you, or what's made it worse, etc... 

If you are Battling something that makes you want to Give up, Give in, or Quit in LIFE, Please don't. Instead USE that as your WHY, use that to DRIVE you to Prove that Life can't Throw enough Crap at you to KEEP you DOWN. Support others going through similar situations, the Power of technology is incredible in allowing us to Connect with others in different states, countries and even continents. Most of the time when you hear from the most Inspiring Motivational Speakers they have Conquered things like:
*Suffering from full body burns 
*Being born with out a limb or sight, etc...
*Surviving a Terrible Trauma 
BUT they decided that Giving up, wasn't and OPTION, so they used their Experiences to DRIVE them, and in turn influence Thousands of others in a Positive way. 
I Urge you to do the same.

Lastly if you may be Feeling Broken due to the illness, back pain, weight gain, hearing loss, dis-figuration, etc... that you may be going through, PLEASE KNOW that YOU are NOT Broken. 
BENT yes, but bent can still be so incredibly Useful! Many people who have scoliosis (I know a few personally) have used it as an excuse as to WHY they can't exercise, play with their kiddos down on the floor, dance, LIVE life Fully. I am sure it's the same with people who are battling what ever YOU might be going through Right NOW. People you know personally who are Quitting on themselves, their children, spouses, work, LIFE! Because they feel ALONE, WORTHLESS, and BROKEN. In Fact you Might be one of them who feels this way and is letting GO of a Beautiful Life you have In Front of you to LIVE.
You may be reading this thinking 
"Well good for you, but my problem is TOO Big!" 
"I Can't get past it, I have tried!" 
"NO one wants to hear my story, or cares if I give up any way!" 
NOT one of these statements are TRUE, You Have something to Share, there are Reasons to Live, and if you need someone to talk to or Connect with Please reach out to me, or someone you Trust who will Listen and HELP you. 
IF you don't hear this enough YOU Are LOVED!!!

Lets Make our World a Beautiful Place by Embracing the LEMONS that we have been given, Squeezing a whole lot of LEMONADE (which btw is my very favorite thing to eat/drink) and sharing it with others.

Because You Are Worth my Time!!!

Feeling Beautiful!!!!
A few years ago I Never would have posted a Selfie and Said I was Beautiful, because Frankly I didn't feel Beautiful.
I felt Cute, or Pretty, But most of the time I would post Selfies to Fish for Compliments.
On days when I felt Sad, Life seemed Overwhelming, I felt Fat, Ugly, like a Bad Mom, etc... I'd put on make-up and nice clothes to Try and make myself Feel Happy. Then Take and post a selfie in hopes that I'd get a handful of compliments.
But really those compliments might only carry me through a few hours or maybe even that day, but then I'd find myself right back there the next morning.
Since Realizing I am the one who Creates Joy in my life, I've learned those old ways were just quick fixes.
Now I Have learned:
- Knowledge is Power
- Health is Power
- Strength is Power
I chose to Change the way I Responded to Life and what things were thrown at me. 

Now I am proactive, I listen to 30+ minutes a day of Personal Development. Filling my mind with ideas, ways to cope, ways to improve, etc...
I Exercise daily making my body Stronger. Feeling Strong and capable is a powerful feeling. Difficult to describe to one who hasn't had the taste of this feeling yet.
I Eat Healthy, I fuel my body with Natural foods that are grown, Not Created in a processing plant or lab. Since doing this my family is Rarely sick. Being sick naturally brings down ones mood and productive.
And I take 30+minutes a day to rejuvenate my spirit, through prayer, meditation, study of scriptures, spending time in nature.
Through these Simply, Yet Difficult to Follow through with, Steps my Self Worth had Sky Rocketed!!!!
So Now when I Say "I'm Feeling Beautiful", I truly am, and I truly Feel I am a Beautiful Person.
I'm not sharing this too Brag, I'm sharing this too show you, if you Now stand in the Shoes I used to, Things can Change, and I'd Love to assist.

I Completed The WHOLE Program!!!

Well I am sorry that my Blogging Skills kinda Suck, I totally intended to Blog each day of my Journey and made it like 7 days, OOPS!!! :(

BUT I Finished the Core DeForce Test Group that I was invited to be a part of (30 days of daily exercise and following a meal plan and utilizing portion control) so I wanted to at least tell you about how I felt it was overall and talk about my Success! 

For those of you Interested in maybe giving it a GO, here is my experience when Following the Program exactly the way it's laid out to be followed.
  
Don't Do It, Unless you are crazy Like ME!!! haha J/K

BUT it's NOT for the Faint of Heart, IF you want to really dedicate yourself and see and feel Results in just 30 days then HECK Yes Jump on and ride this TRAIN! 

The workouts themselves are FUN, difficult you betcha, but they make you feel like a BadA** and I love the Post workout high that would Power me through my days (filled with cleaning the house, working my business, running errands, getting the kids to their appointments and practices, etc...) after starting my mornings out with a Good Sweaty workout. 

I have attached a photo of all the workouts and what's included in the Core DeForce program below. 

This is a Intermediate to advanced workout with a lot of Jumps and leaps, up- down's, and push-ups. and Due to my Scoliosis I was very hesitant to commit to even Giving this Test group a GO. BUT there is a modifier you can follow any time it gets to be too much.  The workouts range from 5 minutes (Core workout) to 47 minutes (Cardio) lots of variety and really gets your whole body moving. 

NOW lets talk about Nutrition because as most of KNOW the Exercise is only about 20% of the Health/wellness equation. the Other 80% is what we PUT into our bodies to Fuel them. 
The Core DeForce program teaches us how to use Portion control and eat a balance of Protein, Healthy fats, Carbohydrates, Fruits, and Veggies. I really Liked the Easy/ Simplicity of following the Meal program that companions the fitness program. 

                                     


I am sure Many of you are wanting to KNOW how much weight I lost or inches I released. WELL Let me start that by Saying I reached my Healthy weight Goal last year so I wasn't working towards Weight Loss. and I am in the Ideal range for body fat % so I wasn't really working towards losing a whole lot of inches either, MY Goal was to Build muscle and chisel my body to show the muscle I've grown. 

SO with that said I released 1.25" over all and lost 1.4lbs. Below are a few videos after I completed my 30th workout and a few sneak peaks at what the workouts are like.

WHO is Watching YOU???

We ALWAYS have people Watching us. 
Sometimes it's our children 
or maybe a Neighbor 
Sister 
Mother 
Church acquaintance 
or fellow Soccer Mom. 
Possibly people we may not even be aware are in our lives, BUT they are watching!
Watching to see how we act in our lives:
How we Parent, Eat, Shop
The Cars we drive, Homes we buy/rent, Clothes we wear
How we interact with friends, strangers and our family, or
How we CARE for ourselves. 

Remember YOU can be a HUGE Positive influence on those people who are a part of your circle of influence when you PUT Yourself and your Health first. Because they are Watching YOU, watching to see if what you try Works, watching to see if you will Stick with it, watching to see how Difficult it is for you, they are constantly Observing. 

There are literally THOUSANDS of Women out there TRYING to FIND Happiness in all the wrong places. 

Sadly I used to be one of them. I would Color or Cut my hair, simply so I would FEEL better about myself. But that would only last a few weeks, before the compliments from having a new cut or color wore off. I would try Crash diets to rapidly drop weight so I could fit into a Sleek new dress that would make me look GOOD and Feel Beautiful. But again it was a fleeting feeling. I would serve others simply so I could have friends who appreciated me and would shower me with compliments. 

WHY???

Because I didn't LOVE myself (oh I thought I did) I wanted to and I even fooled myself into thinking what I was doing was because I loved myself. 
BUT in all honesty it was because I was Fishing for attention, which in my mind = Love!!!

Eventually I was introduced to How to really FOCUS on ME, through utilizing the proper tools, and having the friendship and support I so desperately yearned for, from my Coach and the other participants in the Support groups I started participating in.

When I began at first I was NOT doing this because others were watching. NOPE I didn't really want anyone to KNOW right away, because "What if I failed?" What if it didn't work?" What if I didn't have the Will Power to Stick with it?"

But little did I know a WHOLE lot of people were watching me, observing if it would work and how I would stick with it or not. My children, my siblings, my husband, my parents, several friends, and many who were barely acquaintances who have now become friends. 

They Observed as I Made myself and my health a Top priority in my day, and then little by little they wanted to experience what I had, so I Decided to Coach and the rest is History, it's been 23 months and I wouldn't change it for the WORLD!

I have learned when we STOP Searching for LOVE or to somehow FIND ourselves and We Simply Focus on getting Healthy and Fit, we FIND True Love of Ourselves and then we CAN feel the LOVE from others much more. 

We begin to Believe them when they say they Love us or care about us, when they compliment us on how we look or act, because WE realize just how AWESOME we actually are. When we feel healthy, and have energy and commitment to ourselves we Find what we were always searching FOR in the Mirror in our own Bathroom. 

IF you do have children watching, teach them how important They are by putting yourself first your health/fitness should be a very top priority. Because if you don't feel GOOD, you can't Serve others very well and if your tank isn't filled you can give anything to others. 

If they see you doing this they will GROW up to LOVE themselves and not suffer as many of us have with low self esteem or self confidence.

Coach Test Group Day 7!

SUNDAY is My favorite day of the week for many reasons, one of them Being it's my REST day from the daily tasks, workouts, and other menial things that occupy my time daily. It's my day to snuggle with my children, attend church, and worship. NOT workout. 
BUT this CORE DeForce has other plans for me. At first I was NOT to thrilled about this, but after following the meal plan still all day and feeling GREAT from that, I Finally decided to PUSH PLAY and get my workout it. 
Oh My Goodness I was so pleasantly surprised, it Felt wonderful, and JUST what my body needed tonight after an EXTREMELY Intense week of daily workouts. 
It was a 20 minute active Recover workout, so we simply SLOWED things WAY down and practiced technique for 10 minutes, then stretched for 10 minutes. 
Um, YES PLEASE!!!!! It felt so so so relaxing and invigorating. 


So here is a little about my day in Photos and videos, I hope you enjoy! 

A few of the Moves Along with a Picture of RECOVER shake, which I never Complete a workout without drinking. It's what helps my muscles heal faster, feel way less sore, and be able to PUSH myself as hard as I am. 

 Sunday after Church Snack home canned salsa and my favorite Tostitos Multi-grain scoops. 
 Lunch, since church is so early in the am I Always just grab a Shakeology before heading out the door to church. So when we got home we had Breakfast for Dinner. Kodiak cakes with shredded zucchini and topped with a cup of home canned strawberry applesauce. A side of hard boiled eggs and 1 cup of Orange Juice. 


Dinner was Scrumptious and Refreshing 1 piece of whole grain toast with home canned apple butter, 1 cup of carrots and Brussels sprouts, a filet of tilapia topped with salsa, and 1 cup of fruit salad mixed with cottage cheese.  

I Never Complete a workout with out Drinking this Bad BOY right after. oh and did I mention how Creamy and Chocolaty it tastes???

FIND Joy in your JOB and it won't be a JOB anymore.

My wonderful FRIENDS and FAMILY, I Truly Do LOVE what I have the opportunity to DO for my Career.
I Not only Do what I LOVE, I GET to the LOVE the People I do it with!!!!!
I GET to wake up each and every day with Honest to Goodness Excitement Knowing I may just be able to Change someones LIFE, possibly even SAVE IT!
I know many People might think things like:
"She Works out and posts Selfies of Shakes for work?"
or
"She Sells Beachbody Stuff?"
or maybe even
"She is one of those Crazy MLM people that are just trying to make a Buck rather than going out and getting a "REAL" Job?"

Well Let me assure you that I do workout daily, and post selfies of me with my Shakeology, I do Sell Beachbody products and I do work for one of the Best MLM's I have ever had the privileged of working with.
***BUT
My ROLL as a COACH is NOT any of those things I mentioned above, my ROLL as YOUR Coach is to:
* Offer a Safe Place to Work on Creating Healthy Habits that will Last a Life Time
* LOVE each of you even when you May not feel you are worth being LOVED. I was there once and it's an awful place to be in.
* Introduce you to the Tools that I saw WORKED so well for me,and I know if you choose to utilize them, they Will WORK for you TOO.
* Be your Personal Cheerleader for the days or moments you Feel you can't keep going, for the moments you feel it's NOT working, or you Can't make New habits because it's too hard.
* Help YOU make yourself a PRIORITY in your day, to focus on your health physically, spiritually, an emotionally.
and the Best Part is
* Be an Example/ proof the Products and programs WORK.
* HELP you get the RESULTS you probably thought were Not even Possible. Because when you do, THAT is when your Self Confidence SKY Rockets and THAT is when My heart beams with JOY KNOWING You FEEL YOUR More than Just a Somebody YOUR YOU, and NO one else in the world will ever be JUST like YOU.

Coach Test Group Day 5!

Day 5, WOW I so did not want to Push Play and workout today. 

I was sore, tired (even though I had slept 8 hours, the two previous nights I had only had 5.5) my body was trying to catch up on sleep. 

Since I was avoiding it, I folded 3 loads of laundry & listened to my Personal Development book.

I loved a phrase in the book and it MADE me want to get up and push play and stop slacking. It said "The six Characteristic of the Mast of the lamp (referring to Aladin's lamp) is - They Learn From Their Experience. They KNOW that they don't get everything right the first time including what they want they simply learn from their experience & apply it to the next time.  

Well I have LEARNED from Experience that When I put off working out many times things come up in my day that I wasn't expecting and then I do not get the time to get a workout in later. 
BUT I am part of a Coach Test Group so my WORKOUTS each day are NOT Negotiable. 

I got up, put the laundry a way that I had folded, Put on my active wear and PUSHED PLAY!!!

Today's workout was Muai Thai inspired so lot's of elbows, punches and snap kicks. It was a welcome break from the difficult workouts the rest of the week. NOW I am not saying it was easy, but it was Fast, Fun, and Fulfilling. Makes me Proud of how far I have come since I started 2 years ago.

 Breakfast was DeLish and Filling, Great after workout meal. Banana (Purple container) ww toast with PB (yellow container and 1 tsp nut butter) and 2 hard boiled eggs (1 red container) 

I love the simplicity of following the 21 Day Fix Meal Plan/Portion control (adapted to fit this Program) RATHER than Counting calories daily. If it fits in the container (from the recommended list of foods) YOU eat it. WE eat Real Food that we purchase. NOT some Pre Packed expensive Meals that taste nasty.

Dinner tonight was So Yummy tonight and I loved having a fresh bouquet of flowers on the table to smell and see. Although I couldn't see over them to see my Handsome Hubby. haha
We had cabbage, cauliflower, mixed veggies, brown Jasmine rice, black beans, and eggs. Healthy Fried Rice!!!
With side of cottage cheese and cantaloupe.

Overall my DAY was productive, Fulfilling and Tasty.

Coach Test Group Day 2!

Started the day out Really eager to jump into my Workout! I had heard it was really tough and I wanted to see how Strong I was. 
The Workout today was 12 - 3minute rounds. Each exercise lasted 1 minute. with a 30 second break between rounds. The Whole workout was 47 minutes. I did great at keeping up and hardly even sweating until round 7, and MAN oh MAN things got tough from there. 
After I completed it with lots of modifications (push-ups on my knees) I Felt SO AMAZING, MY Body just did THAT!!!! BooYah Baby!

After School Shakeology snack with the kiddos, Chocolate, Vanilla Shakeology with Frozen banana, and peanut butter. Mmmm Mm Good!

I rarely get super sore after a Hard workout any more thanks to the Recover drink I follow up each workout with. Beachbody's Performance line of Products is Top of the Line and Works.

Coach Test Group Day 1

I was selected to participate in a Coach Test group for Beachbody's newest fitness program Core DeForce. 
I am Excited, yet Scared at the same time. Excited for the possibilities of Creating new healthier habits, and really defining my muscles, and Feeling GREAT! Scared because of how my back might react if I move wrong or push too hard, due to my SCOLIOSIS!

So I am going to do my best to take it easy, yet push myself a little more than I have in the past. I especially plan to Hone in on my eating and menu planning. I know from previous experience that is when you begin to see the weight fall off or the muscles tone up. When my body is getting the proper Fuel through the nutritional balance of foods I am feeding it. 

Well Day one is in the Books and I am happy to Report so Far so good, I feel wonderful, slightly tired at 10:21 pm, but Great otherwise. 

I will be documenting my workouts as well as my food, and how I feel at the beginning of the day and at the end of each day. I would be honored if you chose to follow along my Journey, and I would LOVE some support, encouragement and Cheering along the way. 


This will be how each day begins in our Test group Sharing 3 things we are grateful for and our Fitness/health goal for the day and 1 thing we appreciate about our Bodies.

MY STORY!


When I firsts Began my Journey, nearly Two years ago, I was so out of shape, I certainly couldn't bend to touch my toes.
I was Always Tired, I seriously would Wake up Tired. I felt like a Sloth of a Mommy. I couldn't stand to play with my kids because I hurt so much. 

I was Smiling because I was visiting with my Brother and Sister-in-law, BUT really the whole time I thought, I am bigger than my sister in law who just gave birth to her third baby 5 days ago, SOMETHING Needs to Change. 


I REALLY Disliked my self, and Honestly want sure HOW to Crawl out of this Sink Hole I'd found myself in.
My body was not toned in the least. I felt like 20-40 mins of daily being active (chores, walking with my kids, grocery shopping, washing the car, etc...) was enough activity to spend the rest of the day sitting.
Well my Friend could See from my posts and comments on Facebook that I WANTED MORE, but simply was giving up, because I felt I'd TRIED IT ALL, yet still felt awful.
So she messaged me and Invited me to Learn what BEACHBODY Could offer me.
Of Course I turned her down the first couple times, Again BECAUSE I thought I tried everything and Nothing Worked.
So Finally I was in such a Bad Place physically (which in turn messed with me emotionally and spiritually) that I Reached out to Her and Said "Okay I'm FINALLY Ready to give your way a Try, I'm Buying the PIYO CHALLENGE PACK Tonight!" And so my Journey (that I 100% thought was just a way TO Make Money Off Me) Began. I of Course Started my journey with a Coach account, since my coach told me I could not only Save 25% But I could also earn an income, Simply Sharing what I was doing with others. At First I didn't Tell a SOLE what I had started, but by about week 3 or 4 I began sharing my experiences with my close friends and family.
It was Hard, My Body was Sore, I felt so Fluffy when I'd watch myself in the Mirror to make sure my Form was Right. I WANTED TO QUIT!!!
I didn't want to follow the meal plan (I ALREADY ATE HEALTHY) it was Not what I was Used To.
But I was So So So DONE, with who I had LET myself become.
So with the Assistance of my Wonderful Coach, I Persisted, and After 3 Months my Results were Better than I'd seen with Anything else I'd Tried.
So I JUMPED IN WITH BOTH FEET, and DECIDED TO START COACHING OTHERS, I knew it would KEEP me Accountable at the same time as HELPING others Reach their Desired Results. 


Now I watch a video clip like this of me and CHECK OUT THOSE BACK MUSCLES!!!
It Can happen for you Too, if you Will Give me your Hand, and Take a Leap of Faith!!!
