Some
days don't you just feel like your Life is Just a Mess (Crazy,
Chaotic Disaster)??? There are many days I feel this way while:
* Raising 3 Children
* Running an at home business
* Homeschooling my kids
* Keeping up on Household chores
* Being a Wife
* Trying to Love, Serve and Assist Others
* Church responsibilities
* Grocery Shopping
* Daily exercise
* "ME" Time
* and the list goes on......
BUT, I know that although there are days it seems Chaotic, Overwhelming, TOO Much, and I just want to put my face in a pillow and Scream. I have a WHY, Why I am doing what I do day in and day out.
I Remember WHY I am:
* Introducing others to a Healthier way of Living
* Snuggling and making Memories with my kiddos
* Leading the Hymns for the Congregation at Church
* Showing an example of what it's like to Be healthy and Why it's important
* Having dinner on the Table for my hard working hubby when he comes home from work
* Enjoying Living in a Clean Home

Strengthening my physical body and working to make it Look Good.
All of these things MATTER, so I keep doing them day after day Because I Know that SOON my kids will be grown and leaving the house, and due to my health choices Now I will be able to enjoy the empty nester years with my hubby traveling, playing with the grand kids, and being ACTIVE!!!! I am CREATING the Life I want to live, the life I only hoped and dreamed of before.

you Figured out your WHY??? The Reason you do what you do, the reason
you work, and push yourself to be better, the reason you wake up each
day??? If you haven't Figure out your WHY, Life is much more
difficult to live. Figure it out, What do you want to CREATE for
yourself, and family??? Is what you are currently doing going to get
you there??? IF the answer is NO, I suggest you change what you are
doing, make a plan and create weekly, monthly and yearly GOALS to get
you there.
WHAT
YOU CHOOSE TO DO NOW FOR YOUR HEALTH, FAMILY, CAREER and LIFE
OVERALL, MAKES
ALL
THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR FUTURE.
NO
MATTER THE SIZE OF THE SACRIFICES
YOU
MUST MAKE, IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!!
