PLUNGE Into the Holiday Season

     If you are anything like me the HOLIDAY SEASON is a very busy time of year. With school concerts, cookie exchanges, church parties, gift exchanges and family activities all vying for a piece of  your time, it makes you feel like you can't have time for yourself to stay active, and working on your own health Goals. 
     Don't let that happen this Holiday Season, Take 10 mins a day to devote to exercising your body and taking steps toward your health goals. I have found when I do this, It makes me a happier, kinder, more energetic person. I find I am able to accomplish more than before even though I am adding in more to my day. 
     WHY??? Because daily exercise releases endorphin's and helps us release pent up anger or aggression that we can let out through exercise rather than at our S-I-L over thanksgiving dinner. Lol
     Join me beginning November 16th for a Prep day to get you prepared to PL-UNGE into the Holiday Season, and then starting the 17th we will do 5 days of various PLanks and luNGES to work our core, back, obliques, thighs and buns OFF. 
     We will play a couple games, and be awarded prizes as well as a final winner from a drawing of participating daily check ins.
