Well today while I was listening to my PD book by Simon Sinek "Start With Why" I had several thoughts begin to swirl around in my mind and I tried to formulate them into words and express to you what I feel and am so passionate about and why.
So I made a video for you to watch, but I also wanted to write it out, for those of you that would like to read it along with watching what I have to say. I hope this touches and benefits you in some way.
"It's my role (in my position as a Coach) to Inspire, Love, Friend, Invite, Cultivate the Culture, and Encourage you. But it is your Responsibility to BELIEVE, and that will be what causes the REAL Change. That is what will keep Team "Empowered Minds" growing and reaching so many individuals.
I Personally can not change 1000+ peoples lives, But together as a Team we can reach people and help them with their health, physical bodies, minds, emotions, financial situations, wills, desires, or family life, We can help them reach their Goals!
When I began with Beachbody it was all about "What's in it for ME" But I quickly learned that there is so much more to this company than fitness or even ones health. It is (through it's Coaches) Creating a MOVEMENT by teaching us to LOVE ourselves Completely and then GO OUT and LOVE Others. Teaching and showing through our examples that our customers, and fellow coaches are Valuable, Beautiful, Lovable Humans.
With so MUCH Turmoil and Negative Criticism in the world today I am honored to be a part of something bigger than I can accomplish on my own. I am a part of The MOVEMENT to LOVE, Appreciate, Respect, and Encourage individuals daily."
