Obesity is Real!!!

Did you Know that 66% of Americans struggle with Obesity?
These images contrast a two women with similar body type but one weighs 120, and the other weighs 275. What does this extra weight cause besides the risks I list below:

*Stress on the Joints and skeletal muscles

*Squish the digestive organs so they can't function properly

*Cause blood flood restrictions, causing the heart to have to work extra hard

Because of this an uphill struggle lies ahead for with heart

disease, diabetes, osteoarthritis, and even more serious illnesses and diseases.
Most of the Real overweight and obesity problems can't be measured in $$$ and can't be fixed by Doctors.
So how can you fix/fight obesity and these Health issues you may be facing currently or in the near Future???

*Learn to Eat Clean (Vegetables, Fruits, Whole Grains, Lean Protein, and healthy Fats)

*Learn what portion's are appropriate and follow them (serving size of each food categories)

*30 minutes of daily exercise 5 days a week (where you work up at least a light sweat and      burn calories)

*Proper Vitamins, Minerals, Pre and Probiotics, Phytonutrients, Fiber, etc...

*Accountability - someone to help hold you accountable while you form these new habits

People of a Healthy weight tend to live 12 years longer than those who are obese.

TWELVE YEARS!!!

That's Huge, that means if the average (healthy weight) individual lives to the age of 80, the obese person would live to only 68.
That could be a difference of not seeing your Grandchildren, possibly not even seeing your children married, not enjoying your Retirement, etc...
I know sometime we have goals, we want to feel more energy, make better food choices, tone up, lose weight. But we feel we have Failed in the past, so we are not sure where to begin.
If you are feeling this way I would be happy to just chat with you and figure out the right options for you, set up a game plan that fits your needs.
