Les Mills Combat - Review

Beachbody Program: Les Mills Combat - Review by Sherin G Stark of Stark-Fit-Results
I chose 5 Categories to review it in, I hope this is helpful for those of you making a decision of whether or not to give it a Go....
*Ease of Following the Instructors: I felt like the instructors took the time to start out slowly doing the moves several times at a slower pace helping you be able to catch on. They gave very clear instructions on how to preform the majority of all the moves.
*The Energy Level and Music at Motivating You to Get it Done: The instructors are Super Fun, Upbeat and very Motivating through out the whole work out. They are real, you can see the sweat dripping off them, they get out of breath, makes you feel human, when you know even they can't get through a whole work out still looking and acting like it was easy to do.
and Oh My Gosh the Music is soooo awesome. It's catchy, real songs, with clean lyrics and goes so very well with the exercises you are performing, that it helps things to feel like you are breezing right through.
*Difficulty Level: I would feel this is an intermediate to advanced program for sure. If you have not worked out in years, this isn't the program I would jump into. I'd suggest starting with something like PiYo, or 21 Day Fix, for the first 60 days to get your body ready to do some of these more Intense moves.
*Results You Might Expect to See Through Completing the Program: More toned in your tummy, saddle bag area, thighs and hamstrings, and shoulders. and better coordination.
*Daily Time Commitment: There are 3 of the 7 video's that are 25-30 mins, then 1 that is 45 and 2 that are 58 mins. That includes the warm up and cool down. About 1 day a week (they suggest 5 days a week of exercise) you do one of the longer work outs.
I LOVED this program, it felt incredible to conquer and my body is so much more toned and feeling Great!!! I Highly recommend you give this program a go....
