It's not only OKAY to put you first as a MOM, it's necessary, if you want to be the Best Version of You!!!
Society has a tendency to make us feel guilty if we do things for our selves first and not just everything for our kids, their school, our spouse, our friends, work, parents, etc...
BUT in order to be the best, MOM, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Employee, Friend, etc...
WE HAVE TO CARE FOR US FIRST!!!
* Boost our Spirit at least 15 minutes a day
* Exercise our Bodies at least 20-30 mins a day
* Fill our minds with things that will personally develop us to be better versions of us
* Fuel our bodies with proper Nutrition so that they can function properly and we are not NON-STOP tired, irritable, sick, bloated, forgetful, etc...
GOD gave each of us one Life to Live, and the Key to enjoying it is Taking Care of the Body you were given and then reaching out and Blessing others lives.
YOU ARE IMPORTANT, Please Never Forget that!
